Goals & Objectives
IN A FEW YEARS
We will be increasing our own stocks of bulbs, with better quality and continuity.
We want to be able to lower the harvest to packed product time, with less damage and waste.
Grow larger quantity with better continuity.
To meet and exceed the consumers expectations
We will be extending programs and availability, and continuing trial work on new varieties to improve cropping, quality and colours.
 Phase Two
We have started phase two of our improvement plan. This will mean the building of another packing facility next to our current one, it will incorporate a new reception area, larger dry storage area for cardboard and packing material, new shelf test area, new cold store and loading bay for dispatch as well as improving packing and handling facilities.
Phase Three:
We are going to install an internal transport system throughout the Glasshouses to transport the bulbs from cold store to growing area to picking area. Then the picked product will be placed on to a conveyor straight into the packing hall for processing for immediate dispatch to the customer.
